At Seraphic 3D Prints, all sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us — if your item arrives defective or damaged, we're here to make it right.

✅ Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@seraphic3dprints.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To help us resolve your case quickly, please include:

1. A clear description of the issue
2. Photos of the defect
3. Your order number

We may request the item be returned for inspection. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
